Aluminium foil Label 30µ Hotmelt
PSA Aluminum Foils have many application in different Industries especially in HVAC, and Heat transfer Coil Insulation. Depending on the Substrate it adheres and the required force of Adhesion & Cohesion, the suitable Thickness of Aluminum Foil & Proper Adhesive Type is offered. Both Hotmelt & Acrylic Based Adhesives used in this product assembly with Foil Thickness of 30 & 50 & 130 Mic or as per customer request.
Application Conditions :
1-For best result , it is recommended the Foils to be conditioned at least for 24-hours at Normal Room Temperature & RH of 40 to 60%
2-Make Sure the Surface of the substrate to which the Tape will adhere is free of Dust & Grease & Oil.
3-To Avoid Oxidation of the Aluminum Foil , please keep the product away from Direct Sun light & Moisture.
